Our Approach
Exceed's executive coaching practice is led by our Head Coach, Tom Battye, an accredited executive coach with over two decades of experience working with boards, business owners, and senior leaders, supported by a curated network of accredited coaches across the GCC or online. Effective coaching balances support and challenge: deep listening and thought-provoking questions build the trust that makes real work possible, while well-timed challenge helps leaders confront patterns they cannot see on their own. Every engagement begins with strict confidentiality, is tailored to the individual leader, and is supported where useful by validated psychometric tools such as Hogan, MBTI, and SDI.
