Tom Battye is an executive coach and organisational development consultant with 20 years’ international experience working in the field of leadership development. His work focuses on helping individuals and teams strengthen leadership effectiveness through behaviour and mindset change, enabling them to navigate significant personal and organisational challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
Through his coaching practice, Tom works with senior executives, leadership teams, and organizations undergoing complex change, supporting them in areas such as authentic leadership, role transition, challenging relationships, personal presence, and performance under pressure. His approach combines deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and a strong emphasis on helping leaders build the self-awareness and mindset shifts that lead to sustained behavioural change.
Tom also brings strong expertise in leadership team coaching, a specialist discipline focused on helping senior teams function with greater trust, stronger communication, and improved overall performance.
