Dr. Dehumo Bickersteth is a global learning and capability architect with more than 20 years of experience designing enterprise learning strategies, corporate academies, certification pathways, and talent transformation initiatives across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He holds an EdD from the University of Pennsylvania and has worked with organizations including Standard Chartered, Singapore Exchange (SGX), Prudential Corporation Asia, Al Rajhi Bank, Tawuniya, Jardine Matheson, and Saudi Finance Academy.
At Exceed, Dr. Bickersteth serves as Director of Program Design, bringing deep expertise in translating business strategy into scalable, high-impact learning architecture. His work focuses on closing the gap between investment in people and measurable business performance by designing capability systems that drive sustained behavioural change rather than one-off training activity.
His background spans enterprise learning and talent strategy, HRIS and EdTech implementation, sales and performance transformation, and capability scaling through technology. Over the course of his career, he has led global learning strategy and certification rollouts across 32 countries for Standard Chartered, architected Al Rajhi Bank’s corporate academy, and supported large-scale talent and platform transformations involving SAP SuccessFactors, Workday LMS, Litmos, and Moodle.
